February Wedding at the Merion {Jonelle & Stephanie}

In February, we headed over to the Aloft Hotel in Mt Laurel to meet up with Stephanie and Jonelle for their big day. They exchanged gifts and letters in separate suites with the help of their bridal party as everyone was getting ready. Jonelle wore a gorgeous Oleg Cassini gown from David's Bridal, and Stephanie rocked a stunning tux from Joseph A. Bank Clothiers. Lindsay Mangano and Ashlee Galletta did a wonderful job on everyone's hair and makeup before the bridal party made their way to The Merion.

At The Merion, Jonelle's car pulled up to recreate a photo of her mom from her wedding day. Once inside, Jonelle was hidden away at the top of the ornate staircase as Stephanie waited below to see her in her wedding dress for the first time. Once Jonelle descended the staircase and tapped Steph on the shoulder, Stephanie spun around and told her she was beautiful. The bridal party hung out together until it was time for the ceremony.

Inside the beautifully lit ceremony room, their guests were excitedly finding their seats. At the top of the aisle, Steph waited for Jonelle, and when she saw her, there were tears in her eyes. Jonelle and her dad paused for a second before going up the aisle, and Jonelle and Steph shared a silent moment across the room. Stephanie's brother officiated the ceremony as Jonelle and Stephanie exchanged their vows and sealed the deal with a kiss. They danced back down the aisle.

The Diamond DJs introduced the bridal party into the reception, and The Merion staff gave the newlyweds a parade of roses. Stephanie spun Jonelle around the dance floor in an epic choreographed first dance. Heartfelt toasts were given, and you could feel how much these two were loved. The dance floor was full all night long. Jonelle and her rugby team created some fun images in a scrum, and they lifted Jonelle in her wedding gown and tossed her the ball in the air. It was raining outside, so Stephanie and Jonelle slipped out with us to play in the rain for a moment before heading back to the party. smithville inn winter wedding {kim & bill got married!}

Kim and Bill invited us to document their amazing wedding on New Year’s weekend at Smithville Inn in Historic Smithville NJ. It was a little chilly out but we had a blast roaming around the village creating these images. Kim got ready in one of the suites at the Colonial Inn in the town of Smithville. She and her bridesmaids had fun in the quaint suite prepping for the big day. When they were ready, we strolled across the village to the Inn. They were married in front of the fireplace in the Absegami room at the Smithville Inn. The ceremony was romantic and there were lots of tears shed as they saw each other for the first time and when they shared their vows. After the ceremony, we went back outside for some family photos and fun bridal party images at the carousel. There reception was decorated with lots of purple and pine cones to create an elegant but rustic winter wedding feel. The candle lit room looks out over the lake that was filled with holiday lights. Above & Beyond Disc Jockey Entertainment kept the crowd dancing all night. Our photo booth from Atlantic City Photo Booth made sure lots of crazy moments in the photo booth captured on film. Toward the end of the night we snuck outside for a few magical photos with the Christmas Lights in the crisp winter air. Thanks to Kim and Bill for letting us be a part of such an awesome wedding.
